Rep. Allen Peake informs me that Governor Perdue will sign HB 851. The legislation offers more incentives to developers and homeowners who are willing to renovate registered historic properties in our state.

The Governor will sign H.B. 881 today in a bill signing ceremony. This is the charter school legislation.
