What I learned from wasting an hour watching the Obama/CNN lecture on gun control last night:

Obama is obsessed with the NRA
For those that fear he is gonna “grab your guns”, Obama is obsessed with you folks also
Everything else is the fault of congress

I learned that the NRA would rather hold court on Fox than to defend their position to the presidents face.

I see why it was on CNN. They allowed little discussion, but a whole lot of Obama lecturing. Very disappointing.

I tried to watch, heard that it was a good forum. Made it 26 minutes before Xing the window. Geez he can ramble on saying nothing with more words than just about anybody. Not to mention the ‘umms’ as he tries to figure out what he can say to appease the audience. Makes me wish Sam Kennison was still around to push the prez, ‘SAY IT…SAY IT’!

I think that was a pretty bad move on the NRA’s part. They really had nothing to lose by showing up. Even if it ended up being biased toward the President’s positions, they still could have used it to their advantage.

I predict Walmart shelves will be empty of ammo yet again. Just how much of it do people think they need to hoard?
