Savings Acccounts: those banking wonders that pay 0.o1% to 0.05% ?

A high % of Millennials today do not relate to their grandparents that didn’t have a bail out government, they are borrowers and consumers with bankruptcy laws and easy Fed programs and loans and parents that enable them. Many believe relief is coming from student loans if they didn’t get the good job the govt promised, many believe govt is the primary charity and caretaker.

Many believe property rights, intellectual property and patents are tools of the 1%. Interesting that the wealthiest top 40 under 40 consists of only woman and one black (tiger woods).

Many believe the future is not so bright and the far right wanting to cut their apron strings is scarey. The GOP is self destructing their principles by refusal to pass a responsible tax code or immigration plan or regulate health care via private plans or enforce the plans in place or protect us or even stop riots. They prefer to play the game by seeing that their special interests benefit. Trying to one up offers to takers in lieu of opening doors and protecting, individual or corporate, is a dead end road.

America will be a great country for a long time, but it will not involve a growing middle class.

I’m just curious Salty, we’re you asleep during 20th century US History? More specifically do you remember anything about the Great Depression? Do you have any knowledge of government expansion around WWII?
