From reading the new mortgage plan from Obama, combined with tax payers on the hook for credit default swaps again….This looks like the Clinton/Bush 2 bubble being heated up again…The tax payer backed CDS will allow banks to loan way more than should to people in tax payer baked loans for houses they cannot afford…..all this with tax payers taking the vast majority of the risk….warned about this last time….Both sides will pont fingers while in truth they are holding hands on the deal…..this will heat stuff up for at least the next 3 to 5 years….watch out when you get to top of the mountain, and you have not road back, and your parachute is broken… me chicken little all you want like last time….
