In February of last year, we posted this video from then newly announced 10th District Congressional candidate Brian Slowinski, and asked our commenters to provide constructive criticism.

With the primary now less than two weeks away, Slowinski has released his first campaign commercial, titled Slowinski Fights Washington. Beyond YouTube, we don’t know if the ad will appear on broadcast or cable, or how often. It’s shown below.

If you like that spot, there’s even an extended play version.

So, Peach Pundit commentariat, has the production value of Mr. Slowinski’s videos improved over the last 15 months? Will his message resonate in the 10th District? What percentage of the vote will he get on May 20th? Go!

I think he gets 3%, after rounding.

Fun fact of the day: If you go to, notice that his last name in the middle has a red line under it.

Alternative lyrics:

Though I live in GA12,
I’m running in GA10,
as I thought emulating Dr. Broun,
would lead me to a win.

Slowinski, Slowinski, Slowinski,
I have no money.
Slowinski, Slowinski, Slowinski,
How did I pay for this?

You know he did not have professional political help when he started his big and only push after one week of voting. If he is Mr. Tea party, why did he never learn how to campaign.

A Neil says he lives in the 12th? Then I agree, no chance….vast majority of the district lives west of US 441, which runs through Milledgeville, Eatonton, Madison and Athens. Very rural east of there. Most of heavily Republican Columbia County (85%+) is in the 12th District. Anyone for predictions on the 10th? Two of the following three—Collins, Hice and Sheldon?

Collins and Sheldon is my prediction. Hice third, the rest way down the road.
