We’re going to have a road show after the Wild Hog event, just like last year. Conveniently enough, it will be at the same place and time.

What: Road Show
Where: Gordon Biersch Midtown (848 Peachtree Street NE – Atlanta, GA 30308)
When: 12 January 2014
What time: 7:30pm – 9:30pm

We look forward to seeing you there. some of you. Others, not so much.

Get excited peach punditeers, I am guaranteed to be in attendance.

Harry January 8, 2014 at 10:06 am

Are the ladies showing up?

Rick Day January 10, 2014 at 10:15 am

Dude! It’s MIDTOWN.

I’ll see if Baton Bob is available for ya.

Dr. Monica Henson January 12, 2014 at 10:24 pm

Dude, it’s the same time as the Golden Globes. Had to get my fix of red carpet teevee man candy. Not that Charlie isn’t a durn good specimen. Others, not so much. ;)

Jon Lester January 8, 2014 at 11:12 am

I’m partial to light lagers, so how would you rate the Golden Export?

Harry January 8, 2014 at 11:28 am

Please don’t get a DUI, or put others lives in danger.

Jon Lester January 8, 2014 at 11:40 am

This is a place with $3 valet parking. I doubt if I’d have more than one or two beers, even if I had more money (and I’m happiest drinking cheap beer at home). The menu looks good, but I think the Wild Hog Supper will be a much better value for money that night.

And, please, I’m 43 years old; don’t tell me such obvious things, as if I would have no idea otherwise.

Harry January 8, 2014 at 11:53 am

OK I’m glad to know, unlike others, that you have maturity and self control.

Jon Lester January 8, 2014 at 11:57 am

Sure, thanks. I have plenty to live for. I also have to protect my freedom, you know, because no one else will.

Harry January 8, 2014 at 12:11 pm

I also feel an obligation to protect the freedoms of myself as well as innocent victims.

Ed January 8, 2014 at 12:13 pm

Thank you for your service, Harry.

Harry January 8, 2014 at 12:18 pm

They’re not empty words.

I’m an English beer guy, the closest I can get to that is the swartzbier. I have yet to venture out to the rest of the line up.

Does this mean the BBQ tour has gone on hiatus?

Charlie January 8, 2014 at 3:06 pm

No, this is an annual tradition.

The BBQ tour was sidetracked with the Gvt shutdown and then the holidays. We hope to resume shortly.

radix023 January 8, 2014 at 3:41 pm

Excellent! Thanks for the quick response.

Nathan January 8, 2014 at 4:20 pm

I may drop in briefly.

Rick Day January 10, 2014 at 10:45 am

Is there a Falcons game that night? If not, I’ll drop by.

It’s OK. America’s team and the closest thing we have to a saint (Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr.) are taking the field. You should cheer for them.

Napoleon January 13, 2014 at 10:00 am

Took the wife to Wild Hog so she could enjoy some BBQ, but that meant, as I told one attendee, getting back to relieve the babysitter. Maybe next year. Still, I somehow doubt you all talked about me.
