Morning Reads–Where Perfection Becomes the Norm

I don’t know how I did it, but these Morning Reads are once again perfect.

“Streets of Bakersfield” with Dwight Yoakam might be Buck Owens’ greatest song (not least of all because it got him back in the studio [too long an absence]).

In light of the Braves decision, this Atlanta Magazine article from July seems relevant.

    The $2k Woodstock property taxes might be for a long time senior citizen owner before improvements but the new owner @$750k should get braced for a bit more.

    With so high an ITP demand, they might get away with a property tax increase. 🙂
