The dates/times/locations are posted below the fold.

Congressman Doug Collins (R-GA) has announced a series of upcoming town hall meetings for Ninth District constituents, taking place during April’s District Work Week period (April 29 – May 3). During this week, Collins will meet with Northeast Georgia business owners, community leaders and activists to discuss the best mechanisms to reduce our national debt, balance a federal budget and increase private sector job creation and development.

“We said from day one we wanted to hit the ground running, and that’s exactly what we’ve done the past four months,” said Collins. “I’m excited for all of the upcoming events, but the town halls will be very special. We’re looking for a great turnout so I can gain insight from my constituents on their legislative priorities, and listen to feedback on what we’ve done well so far and what our office still needs to improve upon. These first few months have been a learning process, and over the past fewmonths we’ve greatly enjoyed serving the people of the Ninth District. However we realize there is always room to grow, and look forward to making improvements to run our operation more efficiently for the hardworking taxpayers of this great area.”
