No morning reads today.  You should be spending the time with your family and friends and not hovering over a keyboard anyway.  We all have good intentions of being thankful every day, but sometimes we lose sight of our blessings.  Here’s hoping you really do take a few minutes to sit quietly by yourself and mentally scroll through how great your life is and give thanks for the good stuff.

Family comes in all shapes and sizes.  Let those who are most important to you know it today.

Have a wonderfully blessed and very Happy Thanksgiving.

I’m thankful for my family, friends, and the opportunities that I have been given in the past year. I’m thankful for the campaign teams that were formed and candidates that we helped put into office this year. I’m thankful for another 4 years of a President who loves this country and sees all Americans as equals. I’m thankful that our troops are coming home. I’m thankful for the four states that legalized gay marriage so that one day I may be able to have a family that is legally recognized by the government.
