Below is a spreadsheet showing the reported cash on hand for competitive PSC, State House, and State Senate races. Some of the 9.30.2012 reports are in and I’ll be updating this sheet from time to time as we approach the reporting deadline.
Click here to view the sheet in a separate window.
If you want to report the COH for the various Congressional candidates, feel free in the comments.

It’s almost obscene the amount of money Don Balfour has in his campaign account.
There are statewide campaigns that don’t bank that kind of money.
He shall hereinafter be referred to as Don “A Dollar Makes Me Holler” Balfour.
He can afford to pay Honey BooBoo to co-opt that slogan.
I was just thinking the same thing. Wondered if it was a typo. Wow.
Balfour has more than double the combined amounts of all the other senators running opposed – $368,181.17 vs. $795, 170.50. Incredible.
I just filed mine a moment ago. Not sure how long it’ll take to show up on their site, but I received the confirmation e-mail.
Only 39 of 180 (22%) House seats and 13 of 56 (23%) Senate seats are competitive. That means approximately 60% will have no choice in their Gold Dome legislation next month.
It’s no wonder Georgia’s so prosperous and well-governed what with all the competition ‘n all.
Less than 10% of the seats will be truly competitive thanks to redistricting.
Buzz – Do you have a link to the spreadsheet so that we can view it in a wider format? I really appreciate the effort. The limitations of WordPress though make it a little difficult to look at each race all at once.
Yep, and it shifts me off to the side, so that it appears Stan doesn’t have an opponent at first glance.
Try this.
