Lee Anderson Asks Via Press Release “Where Did Barrow Get Those Cars?”

Lee Anderson’s campaign spokesperson has sent over a press release questioning the source of cars used in a John Barrow Commercial.

At the end of the ad, as a line of identical cars with blurred logos pass by behind him, Barrow says that he is working to cut government spending by reducing the size of the federal government fleet.

Here’s the question that everyone wants answered – where did Barrow get those cars?

After hearing from residents of Burke County that a strange fleet of GSA vehicles identical to those shown in Barrow’s ad were seen driving up and down Barnhart Road, Congressman Barrow needs to come clean about his deceptive and hypocritical campaign commercial.

Here’s a crazy thought, but work with me here.  You know where the Anderson campaign would have a great opportunity to ask Congressman Barrow this question?  At a debate.

    Yeah, no joke, +1000

What’s causing the upset, here? That the commercial was filmed locally? Or is John Barrow just proving his point that the GSA has extra cars?

Here’s my impression of Lee Anderson watching the movie “Independence Day”:

Oh, the Fresh Prince joined the Army?

Wait a second, that’s a lot of Army Men. Why aren’t they in Afghanistan?

Oh, they blew up the White House. That was part of my plan to decentralize government. Guess I will cross it off.

Lee Anderson is the poster boy of the GOP. Bay-ner is coming to campaign for him. The GOP is running ads for him.

    He is going to win.

This will be more fun than conservatives alienated by the Republican Party tax could have ever dreamed of.

    You will see.

At some point, you just have to…well, we’ll just let Lee’s press release speak for itself:

DESPITE BARROW’S SASSY RESPONSE, QUESTIONS STILL LINGER

(Grovetown, GA) –The Lee Anderson campaign’s inquiry into the cars used for Congressman John Barrow’s campaign commercial was met with a prompt response. Unfortunately, there are still too many questions that have yet to be answered.

“Despite Barrow’s sassy response, there are still too many unanswered questions,” said Ryan Mahoney, Communications Director for Lee Anderson. “Enterprise Rent-A-Car does not put logos on the side of their vehicles. And if the Barrow campaign manufactured logos for the ‘rented’ fleet, why would they blur them out during the editing process?

“Barrow’s campaign also failed to disclose who was driving the cars, what law enforcement agency closed off the road, and what was the total cost to the taxpayer for the filming of Barrow’s campaign advertisement.

“The only way to put this to rest is for the Barrow Campaign to produce an invoice for vehicles used in the commercial. Until then, we will continue to ask the questions that voters deserve to have answered.”

Lee Anderson is as dumb as a bag of hammers….will the voters in the 12th Congressional District really select this imbecile as their Congressman simply because he has an “R” by his name? If they do, then they deserve the idiot…..

Well, the majority in 12 is now GOP sympathizers……….lame, lame, lame.

And who the heck is his press secretary/campaign manager? Think they can write debate prep notes any better than their presser? Yikes. Personally, I would have gone with “saucy” over “sassy.” BUT, there are those pink pants……..
