And by “special” we do NOT mean he rode the short bus to school. We do NOT mean that at all.
Unlike normal humans, I read the cutlines on photos in the newspaper. (Also unlike normal humans, I call them “cutlines” instead of “captions,” and “newspapers” instead of “web things.” But I digress.) I happened across this picture in the AJC (which is either a web thing with a newspaper or a newspaper with a web thing) of US Senator Saxby Chambliss (R-GA) discussing important issues related to Georgia Governor Nathan Deal, the federal budget deficit, gas mileage and foreign policy, but more importantly: BEING PHOTOGRAPHED BY CHARLIE HARPER!(Left) Daniel Malloy, U.S. Sen. Saxby Chambliss, Kyle Wingfield and Jim Galloway and AJC headquarters at the Republican National Convention in Tampa.
Special, indeed. Some might even say indefatigable. Or omnipotent. Or just dreamy. But they would all have to admit that it’s pretty cool to get a photo credit in a major US newspaper. And I hope that Senator Chambliss asked Charlie for an autograph.
And if you are not distracted by all the flashbulbs, you should read Galloway’s interview with the Senator. It’s good.
