From the Walton Tribune:
When U.S. Rep. Rob Woodall, R-Lawrence ville, comes to Monroe Tuesday for another town hall meeting, he’ll be bringing a guest.
Woodall will be participating in his first joint town hall with U.S. Rep. Paul Broun, R-Watkinsville, at 7 p.m. at the Walton County Government Building.
“It’s something I’ve always wanted to for a long time,” Woodall said on doing a joint town hall. “I’m looking forward to my first one.”
The event is particularly apt in some ways, as Broun’s District 10 will encompass Walton County next year, displacing Woodall’s District 7 due to the new district lines. Woodall will only represent Walton until the end of 2012, while Broun is running for re-election in the July primary for the chance to represent Walton come 2013.
