The below article negates many of the distortions being perpetuated in the mainstream media. Innocent until proven guilty, I say. If this case goes to trial then we will get the facts. The media has been quick of late to jump on cases where they think they can illustrate injustice against blacks, later to be shown to have an agenda.

Speaking of that internet tax, a federal court in Denver has ruled Colorado’s internet tax is unconstitutional.

“Enforcing a reporting requirement on out-of-state retailers will, by definition, discriminate against the out-of-state retailers by imposing unique burdens on those retailers,” Blackburn ruled.

I suppose that now that there is a legal precedence, if the Georgia one is signed into law, expect a battle in the courts.

Good. If internet sales tax is going to be done, it needs to be done on a national level.
