Nathan Deal Wins. Runoff Declared.

The AJC this afternoon ran the election results for this coming November’s elections on their front page for a brief time today.

Nathan Deal won.

But there’s a runoff. Here’s how the election will pan out according to the AJC:

Governor- General
Georgia – 100% Precincts reporting

Name Party Votes Vote %

Nathan Deal GOP 1,109,943 45%
Roy Barnes Dem 986,616 40%
John Monds Lib 369,980 15%

They were getting things ready for the big night and a friend caught it.

how many more times will deal be able to alter his financial filings during the 3 week runoff period?

    • Monica says:

That’s what I thought, Monds with 15%? No way. He has some great ideas, but nobody’s paying him any mind…

    • AubieTurtle says:

If there is election fraud going on with the counting of the ballots, you can thank Democrat Cathy Cox for that.

      • Herb says:

No, thank Handel. She’s kept black’s from getting registered and has tried to disqualify Democrats for a myriad of BS reasons(most notoriously, Jim Powell). No doubt she’s played her part in stealing the GA-SEN, GA-PSC(McDonald), and GA-PRES races in 2008. Perdue & Co. did their part in the GA-GOV, GA-LT GOV, and GA-PSC(Burgess) in 2006.

        • AubieTurtle says:

I was referring to your original message about counting ballots. Access to the ballots in the first place is a whole other mater. Voting machines = bad Bad BAD! That’s Cathy Cox’s doing. She didn’t just jump on the video screen voting bandwagon, she grabbed the reins and ran over anyone who showed the slightest bit of reservation about the integrity of the machines or the e-voting process.

I have no problem with Handle and the State of Georgia wanting ID for voters but I will agree the way they went about it was about the worst way possible. That once again, that doesn’t matter at all to the counting of ballots, just access to ballots. If you want to allege that Republicans are trying to keep certain groups away from the polls, use the right terminology. Claiming fraud in the counting of ballots is a totally different matter than access to vote.

  2. Kellie says:

This is just further proof that the liberal AJC is trying to destroy Deal; calling him the winner will now cause him to lose. It’s a very complicated plan.
