In case you guys don’t know you can vote as many times as you.want on poll daddy polls if you clear your personal data. It’s easiest on FireFox. Just hit control shift delete. The reload the page and vote.

It’s basically a struggle to see who is pathetically desperate enough for credibility. No surprise Sam is winning.

Pointless to put these on your site unless you want to crash it with reloads.

Oh, and I do find it interesting that since I pointed it out, the Olens bot stopped processing so many votes and has apparently switched to Max, who was losing by a large margin a short while ago.

  1. I’m probably taking a GOP ballot for the primary, yet probably voting for the Dem AG candidate in the general. So this is a frustrating race to watch, because it feels like half the decision will be made for me by other people.

However, ultimately my vote in this race will go to whichever candidate has the LEAST to say about “child predators”. I’m not naive enough to think any Georgia politician would restore some sanity to the system… and stop giving life sentences to kids who can’t drink yet, for having sex with high school students. However, I’m just looking for the candidate who DOESN’T push some new “get tough” measure, like making the offenders wear tinkerbells on their heads at all time so you can hear them coming from 50 yards away. Over the past 10-20 years, that kind of pandering in Georgia races has become the gold standard indicator of a candidate being an “empty suit”… so I’m pulling for whoever leans on that crutch the least.

Whatever single issue floats your canoe.

Personally, I would love to see someone in the office who might start curtailing the pervasive corruption in the state.

I am totally with you DD. Georgia is starting to resemble the how to book of Chicago Richard Daily senior’s style of politics from the 50/60’s.

      • Sure Doug, that goes without saying. I just don’t have my hopes up for any of the names on this list. Preston Smith made a splash a few months back, but I’m not convinced that single speech was anything more than a publicity stunt.

I am always prepared to be let down by politicans, it is why my usually vote goes to the lessor of the evils.

Having met Max and his wife and having interacted with them on multiple occassions, I can tell you that his is unlike most candidates that I have. It is why I support him and defend him (on my own inititive) against someone soaking in the usual corrupt political money.

Have these people ever thought that maybe a donation to charity might be better spent than trying to buy political influence?
