Video of Atlanta Press Club debates

The folks at the Atlanta Press Club and Georgia Public Broadcasting were kind enough to put the debates from this weekend, and presumably the entire series, online for us to watch (thankfully, I don’t have to edit down all the video).

Posted below the cut are all debates from this past weekend.

The Atlanta Press Club will be moving its offices to a new, state-of-the-art facility. We have been honored to host most of our events at The Commerce Club for the past several years. As you may be aware, The Commerce Club and 191 Club recently announced they are merging their organizations to build a stronger business club that will still be called The Commerce Club. The Atlanta Press Club will move with them to their brand new facility that will be on the 49th floor of the 191 Peachtree Building in downtown Atlanta. The move is expected to take place at the end of 2010.

So maybe someone else could do the story of the Atlanta Press Club merging with the Commerce Club? I’m sensing a club meme here.

The Anti-Flirt Club was an American club active in Washington, D.C., during the early 1920s.[1] The purpose of the club was to protect young women and girls who received unwelcome attention from men in automobiles and on street corners.[2][3] The Anti-Flirt Club launched an “Anti-Flirt” week, which began on March 4, 1923.[4]

-But with those teeth, looks like the President “could eat corn on the cob through a picket fence” as they say in Texas.
