Georgia Tech CRs to host Gubernatorial Forum

I’ve written about the Georgia Tech College Republicans before. I had the distinct pleasure of spending time with them at CPAC this past weekend. Kristen Greig, Chandler Epp, and the gang are committed to activism within the Republican Party and are among the most active college students I’ve seen.

Now the GTCRs are hosting a Republican Gubernatorial Forum dedicated to the Youth vote. One overwhelming theme at CPAC was the importance of the Youth vote in the upcoming elections. The event is student-led with question from students. It’s groups like the GTCRs and events like this that will help propel conservatism to the frontlines this November.

“First question is for Mr. Oxendine. Mr. Oxendine, why did you try to shake down Lynn Westmoreland?”

“Next question is for Mr. Scott. Mr. Scott, why did John Oxendine try to shake down Lynn Westmoreland?”

“Our next question is from the audience and it’s for Mr. Johnson…” well, you get the picture.

I’m glad their limiting it to only the front runners. It will allow this to be a serious debate and not a forum for crackpots to spout off random conspiracy theories.

Oh, Deal is on the list, never mind.
