We had our RedState Gathering this weekend in Atlanta. Our registered total was 252, but it looks like we capped out at about 180 based on the uncollected name tags.
It was a great time held over at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead.
Across the street I discovered the Buckhead Pizza Company. I’ve got to recommend it to you guys. The pizza was fantastic and the waiters kept the beer flowing. I made it back to the lobby of the hotel at 3:30 Saturday morning to greet a number of guests and speakers who’d been flying circles around Atlanta all night, only to arrive and wait forever for a gate.
There are a few locations around Atlanta worth checking out.

Wish I could have been there! The GCO convention was great as well as I already had plans there.
Ditto. Wish I could have gone.
The Leadership Institute stole several of us young folks away from Atl this weekend. Look forward to making it to the next gathering.
Please don’t tell the leadership institute I voted for Tommy Irvin, or that I’m a “birther”, or like Clark Howard and the Regular guys, or listen to Rock and Roll and drink beer. Or I’m opposed to human trafficking. And have always thought the Bushes were a sorry bunch indeed.
PLEASE. OH GOD PLEASE DON’T TELL THEM!!
Erick, you and your cohorts did a fine job putting this together. You are to be congratulated.
So folks flew in for a meeting in Buckhead? Did they have any Grey Poupon? Did you run this though image builders?
