On the Third Day: The son rises in the east.

by Erick on April 12, 2009

In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.

His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men. And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.

He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.

And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word.

And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him.

Matthew 28:1-9

Happy Easter to each and every one of you.

Check your iphone. After an extensive foot chase through our Neighborhood, this morning, Macon Police Department captured three suspects, behind the shopping center, two blocks from your home.

They were not reported to be wise men nor were they on their way to Church, otherwise this may not have occurred. The three suspects were from Heathen City aka Land of Concrete and Crime – ATL.

Our street level MPD Officers performed immaculately.

Happy Easter to all on Peach Pundit!!!

Then Jesus said to them, “do not be afraid; go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me”.

It appears PP is discriminating against the other 67% of the world population in allowing Christian dogma.

“In 2000, most of the religious adherents in the state were Evangelical Protestants with the Southern Baptist Convention claiming 1,719,484 adherents in about 3,233 congregations. Mainline Protestants included 570,674 United Methodists, 105,774 USA Presbyterians, and 71,950 Episcopalians. Catholic adherents numbered about 374,185. Judaism claimed about 93,500 adherents and there were about 38,882 Muslims. Only 16 Buddhist and 15 Hindu congregations were reported, without membership numbers. About 55.2% of the population were not counted as members of any religious organization.”

Isn’t someone who posts for the unambiguous purpose of irritating others… a troll?

Seriously, if you sense that a post with religious overtones was posted for the purpose of irritating non-believers, then have it it. Otherwise you’re responding to the unintentionally irritating with intentional rudeness (and rudeness is by its very nature intentional). That ain’t cool. For the purpose of working through this intellectually, assume that I too am an atheist. For the purpose of working through this socially, assume that I am prone to be irritated by those who don’t go through this world with a live and let live attitude regardless of their personal beliefs. And for the purpose of trying to figure out the true nature of the person who writes Dash Riptide, assume nothing.
