To stop the spread of AIDS you also need to account for how to stop it being used as a weapon and also how to stop it being passed down genetically. You know, if it was as simplistic as you think, don't you think its spread would be contained? Or are you going to say that people are sick enough to do nothing to stop the spread of such a disease? Or are you going to say that no one will stop it unless they have government funding (implying the above scenario is also true)? I’ll start with an easy one.
