Some of you may remember the dust up that happened last year when Sen. John Bulloch (R-Ochlocknee) wore blue jeans on the Senate floor. Sen. Dan Moody (R-Roswell) made an issue of his fellow Sentor’s casual Friday dress.
Today, according to the AJC Political Insider, Sen. Bulloch showed up for “Gettin’ Outa Atlanta Day” in his neatly pressed blue jeans.
Not to be out done once again, Sen. Moody showed up in his tux prompting the Lt. Governor to comment that the Senator looked extremely dapper today.
Nothing in the article noted what the Lt. Governor himself was wearing.
Pictures can be found on the AJC.

jesus, next thing you know they will be wearing yellow, polkadot, bow ties.
Good going Sen. Bulloch! Even my boss, a DA in this Great State, has been known to wear a polo and jeans to work on Friday. As long as they are getting the job done and are decently covered, I couldn’t care less what they are wearing!
Sometimes I think if they all just stayed home, they’d do less damage.
Yep. Now if ole big John had appeared in a spike haircut, earrings, tattoos and such, that’d been just fine. He would just have been observing a moment of “self-expression”.
If chosen, maybe even some pink chiffon stuff, and a little costume in drag, even. How “quaint”.
But let him appear in approximately 3 pounds of “could have possibly been” Georgia grown cotton, a spotey jacket, complete with tie, and lawd hav mercee, somebody might be mistooken us for the dreaded redkneck of the species.
But if my memory serves me correctly, as of late, it seems to be the fancy tuxedo, Armani-type suit, silk tie wearing, and thirty-five thousand dollar comode sitting summmbytches that everyone seems more worried about. You know, those intelligent folks so important they must snatch up 50 billion or so, just to get by on.
That’s who you better be more worried about, rather than ole blue jean John.
John Bulloch has come a long way from hanging out with all those Senators. Here’s a picture from last year.

Personally, if I hadta choose as an everyday garment ta wear, I’d opt fer the overhauls over the tux.

What does Dick Williams and the GA Gang have to do with this?
