Un-freaking-believable

Holy cow this is terrible.

The Medical Center of Central Georgia helps a doctor set up a practice with a $150,000.00. The military orders the doctor to Iraq and he is forced to shut down his practice.

When he returns, he tries to pay back the loan under an installment agreement. The Medical Center refuses and sues him for a lump sum payment. The courts agree with the doctor that the breach of contract was out of his control and allows him to pay in installments.

Not content, the Medical Center of Central Georgia sues him again. The doctor is now being ordered to Afghanistan. I guess the Med Center has decided it wants its money now.

Jerks.

This really isn’t surprising. Just look at the pay and benefits of the administrators of the “not for profit” hospital and it should tell you all you need to know.
