I still think this is ridiculous.
n the wake of the gasoline crisis caused by Hurricane Ike, some 166 stations in Georgia have been or will be served subpoenas so the Georgia Governor’s Office of Consumer Affairs can determine whether their prices were indeed too inflated.Gas that had been selling as low as $3.64 for a gallon of self-serve regular on Sept. 11 spiked as high as $4.59 in Albany after Ike made landfall on the Texas coast. The price has gradually settled since and has fallen under $3 a gallon at some Albany gas stations.

Actually Rick, you can time the markets.
If Bush open his mouth and hold a press conference before markets open, they will close down.
If he leaves well enough alone, they close up.
