Sued Again


A group of school districts that filed, then withdrew, a lawsuit over state education funding might sue again at any time, and in almost any county in the state, the group says.

First, the members of the Consortium for Adequate School Funding want to see if Gov. Sonny Perdue might settle the disagreement.

    So…$2 million has been spent for lawyers in for the plaintiffs (from local taxes) and $1 million from the state (from state taxes). And, guess what…We’re starting over!!
