They've made more than 85% of the expected reserves off limits, and then want to say that they made drilling accessable, and then will ask why the oil companies aren't drilling in the land they made available. Almost all the oil on the west coast is within 50 miles of shore. By allowing drilling at 50+ miles, they've essentially excluded drilling in the pacific. I hope the people in pelosi's district continue to pay $5 or more for gas. Looks mostly like cashing in on drill! drill! drill! to me.
