That’s State Senator Jeff Mullis from Chickamauga. Our representative from “extreme” Northwest Georgia, one of the darkest red parts of the state.

How much did they pay those guys in the red hats? These guys are the “control freak” mentality personified. I’m not sure if there’s a historical precedent for the amount of chicanery and “control” to keep out fresh blood as what the Republicans did to keep out the Ron Paul faction. (you know, all those thousands of computer hackers that skewed the telephone surveys) what a bunch of dweebs.
