They have:
1. Smaller classes.
2. A better Teacher/Student ratio.
3. More students taking the ACT rather than the SAT (because their teachers know the individual students’ strengths and weaknesses).
4. SAT prep classes during the school day.
5. Expanded AP classes.
Duplicate those elements across the State and Georgia scores will rise.

Agreed, they are definitely trion harder than the rest of the state.
