If you go to the actual website, there’s a Berlitz language thing playing between arabic and something, perhaps Turkish.

Sunny Bin Laden must have hijacked Powell’s site; since Powell is the most fiscally conservative legislator who has consistently voted against the Perdue liberal spending budgets
