Nope, only on domestic (lower 48 states) flights.

And then, only on the “mainline” fleet. Not the RJ’s that make up most of the domestic flights these days.

Problem is, that you can’t use a laptop in coach. The seats are too close together if the guy in front of you decided to push the seat back.

Still, I could have played on my iPhone for the 12 hr flight to Rome. That would have been nice.
