Case 0829726 still languishes in front of Office of State Administrative Hearings ALJ Michael M. Malihi after the hearing more than two weeks ago regarding the eligibility of Keith Gross (D-North America) to run in HD 80. Under workers’ comp rules, an ALJ has to issue an ruling within 60 days. Not sure what the standard is here for a case like this. Anyone know?

Does a GA ALJ have jurisdiction over another state’s citizen?

He’s a buffoon. There’s no way the guy stays on the ballot. That’s my bet.
