Keith Gross Hearing Reset

Don’t think it was mentioned here last week, but the OSAH matter involving Keith Gross (D-You Tell Me) was continued after the Administrative Law Judge wanted “a series of documents.”

“They asked for a lot of paperwork they could have found through a public records search,” Gross said. “We’ve always maintained all along this whole thing can be cleared up easily.”

Smooth, dude. Get pissy concerning the Judge handling your case. That’s always an effective strategy.

What court will do a “public records search” for you? You can’t even appeal a ruling without providing (and paying for) the transcript from the lower court, which is actually already in the possession of the judicial branch.

It’s like, if the freakin judge had just searched the records of the States of Florida and Maryland, like we told him too, like, the whole thing would be over dude.

Can we all just agree that he’s not a businessman at this point, but rather some doofus living in a delusional world.

We can all make outlandish claims about ourselves if there is no expectation to provide proof. Maybe I’ll run for Governor on the platform that I invented the internet and found a cure for cancer.

    Chris-

I believe you stole the “Free Ice Cream” idea from Obama’s “Free Ice Cream for children, seniors on fixed income, and those making between $25,000 and $75,000 a year” platform.

It will be financed by a windfall profit tax on big drug companies.
