Saxby is a spendaholic. Just ask the farmers who love him. They are making more money than ever but are still getting paid to not grow more crops. Who’ld a thunk it.

I didn’t even understand the ad at first. Not really that funny and looks pretty crappily made.

Ordinarily, I would agree, however, this money was borrowed. Simply put these checks were a down-payment on a future tax increase.
