Scarecrows in Hoschton

First, I’ve never heard of Hoschton, GA. Second,
they want to break a record for most scarecrows on display in a single city.

Clearly the organizers aren’t that bright. The easiest, most affordable way to win that record is to invite the General Assembly to show up. They’re already stuffed to the gills with rye, malted barley, corn, etc. And they’d scare off not just crows, but people too.
