State Transportation Commissioner Gena Abraham and former Transportation Board Chairman Mike Evans are engaged to be married, Georgia DOT board members announced today.

The bitterness and meanness some folks show - particularly from behind a wall of Internet anonymity - is pretty sad.

I couldn’t care less about the politics of the people involved - when two human beings plan to get married, it is flat-out crude to mock them the way some of you people have done. Some things are more important than politics - like family…
