General “ramblinwrek” called me an hour or so ago to say that the Governor signed SR822 - the bill to establish the boundry commission w/ Tennessee to resolve that foul-up by the University of Georgia that resulted in us not having access to the Tennessee River.
No word yet as to whether the Governor has armed hundreds of MARTA patrons to help fight the battle.

Why would the Governor have to arm these people? I’ll bet they could set up a loaner program for the GA National Guard.
