Ethics Violation = Clayton County

by Rogue109 on May 13, 2008

From the AJC we learn of another ethics violation being alleged against the Clayton County School Board:

Former board chairman Eddie White filed a written complaint against board member Sandra Scott on Saturday, alleging she violated the board’s ethics policy. In his complaint, White alleges Scott distributed a “vile, derogatory and defamatory letter” at a closed school board meeting April 23. The letter contained a blog posting from the Journal-Constitution’s Web site that alleged a school administrator engaged in sexual acts with White in exchange for advancement.

Meanwhile, approximately 12% of Clayton County teachers have chosen not to sign contracts for the next school year and, on a different note, a Clayton County teacher is facing a charge of simple battery after she allegedly pushed a 14-year-old female student. Swell.
