Franklin Makes OTP Living Look Better For Many

Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin, who probably couldn’t even manage a two car funeral procession without screwing it up, is starting the process to allegedly fix the budget imbalance in the city as the AJC reports HERE and HERE.
