An Atlanta Municipal Court judge was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence last month after getting into an accident with another motorist on his way home from a restaurant, according to police and his attorney. Judge Andrew Mickle, 58, did not cause the March 24 accident near Oakland Cemetery in southeast Atlanta, but admitted to a police sergeant that he had “one too many drinks” after police and others smelled alcohol on his breath, according to an Atlanta police report.
