The Georgia Department of Transportation has refused to make public a workplace sexual harassment complaint against Garland Pinholster, who briefly served in the past week as chairman of the state transportation board. The Journal-Constitution is disputing the DOT’s contention on the legal issue.
What GDOT needs is a visit from the Sexual Harassment Panda.
