He comes and speaks in Hall County fairly regularly. 2) His office is the only one in state govt to stay open until 7pm, so that folks can access it after work. His negatives: 1) He does not come across as a leader. 2) His high-pitched voice and his overly-friendly mannerisms make him come off as a nerd.
