They want us to give them more water and now they want to take away some of our claims to fame. They want the Appalachian Trail terminus moved from Dawson County, Georgia to Cheaha Mountain, Alabama, and eventually Birmingham.
By the way, Cheaha Mountain has positively the worst restaurant of any state park in the United States of America with the worst service.

What do you expect from a government-run restaurant? The word “profit” is probably not in their mission statement so why should they care what you think?

We should let them have it. Georgia is already preparing for battle with Tennessee over our river, and I don’t think we want to fight two fronts at the same time. Especially since a small militia can cut off the trail and keep anybody from traveling to Alabama anyway.
