Bob Barr made an appearance today on Antiwar Radio and discussed American foreign policy torture. He did confirm that he is considering a run for President, presumably under the Libertarian Party banner.

Paul needs to make up his mind which party he belongs to. I could imagine a Barr-Paul ticket, except that they would eerily resemble Pinky & the Brain (with a ’stache) when standing next to one another.
