The End-Game

Dick Pettys and I want to know if there is one.

With two competing tax cut plans, the budget still in flux, an effort to raise taxes for transportation, and time growing short to boot, has anybody figured out an end game for the 2008 General Assembly? That’s the question a lobbyist posed to me last week. He promptly said he wasn’t sure they had. Neither am I.
