Sneaky legislators. They approved the budget, transmitted it to the Governor, and then took a break. This will require the Governor to veto the budget while the General Assembly is still in session. Folks in the legislature can then, if they want, override.

Sneaky.

The Gov signed it while only vetoing one line… Of course he can always send another letter to departments and agencies telling them to ignore the wishes of the legislature
