John Lewis changes teams.

The Congressman will now be supporting Obama:

MILWAUKEE – Representative John Lewis, an iconic figure from the Civil Rights era and one of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton’s most prominent black supporters, said Thursday night that he planned to cast his vote as a superdelegate for Senator Barack Obama in hopes of preventing a fight at the Democratic convention.

“In recent days, there is a sense of movement and a sense of spirit,” said Mr. Lewis, a Georgia Democrat who endorsed Mrs. Clinton last fall. “Something is happening in America and people are prepared and ready to make that great leap.”

Don’t ever write off Billary, the Rasputins of politics. It’s said they tied Rasputin with ropes, knifed him, shot him several times, and threw him in the river. When they recovered the body, it was determined that he had come up under the ice and tried to claw his way to the surface.

As I have heard from other sources, we are dealing with the “American Idol” mentality with Obama. I am concerned that the American people are awed by his orations and the promise of change. I fear that he will be president and I also fear that he will be tested by our enemies. It should be interesting.

    Has anyone seen this article:

“Obama’s political action committee has doled out more than $694,000 to superdelegates since 2005, the study found, and of the 81 who had announced their support for Obama, 34 had received donations totaling $228,000.

Clinton’s political action committee has distributed about $195,000 to superdelegates, and only 13 of the 109 who had announced for her have received money, totaling about $95,000. ”

Translation: Hillary’s going to lose and I need to bet on a different horse.

At first glance I thought this story was about John Linder switching teams again, to endorse Obama for awhile. Then I noticed that it was John LEWIS, and I was actually surprised.

This is another reason endorsements don’t matter. They are meaningless. Obviously Rep. Lewis didn’t really believe in his endorsement of Hillary since he is heading for greener pastures now that it appears she might not be nominated. The failure of many politicians in both parties to stand firm when they make commitments like these only reduces the already low esteem they are held in by most Americans.

A story gets posted on here citing a media source and then the story is proven untrue. Happened with the non-divorce and now this. Maybe the reason Paul Broun hasnt been sworn in is because of the giant traditional media conspiracy to disprove anything posted here. Spacey tell us that Insider Advantage and Georgia Gang are investigating this…
