Turnout tomorrow.

Sec. State Karen Handel has been telling the press she expects turnout to be about 40% to tomorrow’s Presidential Preference Primary. The SoS website reports a total of 176,611 ballots cast through Thursday. 27,076 ballots were absentee ballots received while 149,535 ballots were cast via advance voting. The total number of ballots cast represents almost 4% of Georgia’s 4.5 million active registered voters.

A 40% turnout would equate to almost 1.8 million voters. You folks think we’ll have that kind of turnout? I say yes.

i remain saddened by certain bloggers quixotic insistence on 1000 posts and truly wish they would stop the madness now–i am beginning to fear my boycott of the thread is all for naught, you all have built the quagmire of the thread that shall not be named i hope you are all happy…

You could probably reduce that estimate by one. I really don’t think I’m going to vote for anybody tomorrow…
