Grift says I’m being biased because I’m failing to point out that Marshall voted against the ENDA. I don’t know what the hell the ENDA is, but I’ll take Grift’s word for it that he voted against it and I’m biased for not reporting it because I don’t know what it is and have been gone all day and haven’t had a chance to look up what it is.

So, what is it?

  1. TPSoCal says:

Aw, Google. It is the Employment Non-Discrimination Act. It protects persons from being discriminated against based on sexual orientation. My understanding that they had to remove tranny protection in order to pass it.

  2. Bill Simon says:

    ENDA, huh? Sexual orientation, huh?

Soooo, Congress is debating a law that prevents people from getting fired if they happen to have sex while orienting themselves in the wrong direction on the compass.

What “pole” should people be oriented toward when they have sex, anyway? Is that going to be defined by this new law?
