Apparently I do. A lot of you know that I run a site called RedState. While I posted my more partisan rant about SCHIP at there the other day, along with noting the lefty attack on Jim Marshall (D-GA8), I posted a much tamer one here keeping with our high minded goal of being more objective, or at least even handed.
I did, however, note repeatedly on the radio the morning I wrote those posts just what I noted in the posts — the proprietor of Firedoglake.com, now going after Jim Marshall for

Well then make it rain, damnit!
Elected? Has your name been on a ballot?
memberg, shhhh……….
Help me Erick Erickson, you’re my only hope.
Alright Mr. All Powerful, I have a request for you.
My mother grew up in the Pleasant Hill community down in Macon, and over the years, that area has gone down-hill.
Anything you can do on the Macon City Council to get Pleasant Hill revitalized would be greatly appreciated.
One more thing is this, I heard a rumor about four or five years ago about a possible expansion of I-75 near Linwood Cemetery. Is that true or false? If it is true, then you need to fight against that too simply because half my family is buried in that cemetery.
That is all for now.
Dec. 11. I’ll mark my calendar.
By the way, when is Paul Broun going to be sworn in?
Can you raise Tax Jesus back from the dead?
Andre: Pleasant Hill needs a lot of help and I’m happy to do what can be done. Right now though, there does not appear to be a consensus.
As for the 75 issue, it is dead.
David:
I commented earlier that Erick sounds a little to confident about his being sworn in.
I would be careful if I were Erick.
Rugby, a wise suggestion.
Erick hon, that slob Neal Boortz keeps spitting tobacco juice out of his plane when taking off at PDK. Please make him stop. It’s really pissing my pilot(s) off.
Alright Mister Powerful, get C.Jack to win the primary against Jim!!!! It sure would make it easy for us to finally win this district…
I think Jane has a problem with math. The Dems were 13 votes short. How did Marshall
I know that this is all in fun, but why have we been reduced to resort to name-calling and other personal attacks in a public discourse? Obviously the people involved represent the two sides of the argument. However, to call your opponent “racist” and a “bigot” seems wrong. Why not just express your disappointment that a member of your party isn’t supporting your bill?
Anyway – sorry to drag down the light-hearted thread. I do want to thank Erick for the rain we got last night though. Now can we talk about getting the Braves back into the post-season?
