Taxes, Taxes

by Erick on September 30, 2007

After the Presidential election, I think this is already the single subject I am most tired of discussing.

I have to say that while I lean favorably toward any plan to end the property tax as we know it, I won’t say I’m opposed or supporting this plan until the funds distribution formula has been publicly released and studied.

Lessee, now….

Michigan passed a VAT, just as Richardson’s H.R. 900. There the tax reform was such a disaster, that the horrid VAT was repealed ASAP.

Now Michigan is talking about a huge sales tax increase on services.

Michigan approaches insolvency and Georgia is following the same path?

Are our GOPers smarter than the Michigan GOPers?
